Job summary

LBX in Bogotá is seeking Business Development Managers with experience in forex or crypto to forge new partnerships and expand our network. You will acquire and onboard Introducing Broker partners, manage relationships, and promote Libertex products to drive growth.

The role requires 1+ year in BD within brokerage/crypto, strong English, and excellent communication. You will report on partner performance and help reach monthly KPIs in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Business Development within brokerage/crypto/neobanks.
• Understanding of international financial markets, FX preferred.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Strong MS Excel knowledge and overall MS Office proficiency.
• Strong negotiation and pitching abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and drive results.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships and provide timely feedback to partners.
• Strong conflict resolution skills and balancing interests of company and partners.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new Introducing Broker (IB) partners.
• On-board new IB partners.
• Manage relationships with partners to build loyalty.
• Introduce Libertex products, services, and terms to partners.
• Advise partners' staff on sales and monitor their sales.
• Work with the team to ensure KPIs are met.
• Prepare monthly partner performance reports.
• Resolve issues with a positive, proactive approach.
