Retail Human Resources plc in Colombia is seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to expand its footprint across Colombia and LATAM, collaborating with sales, marketing and client relations teams to grow partner and client networks.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with introducing brokers and affiliates, convert leads into trading clients, and participate in events while researching markets to support regional growth.

Formación

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management within forex/CFD industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and trading.
• Confident in building relationships with high-value partners.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Colombia and LATAM.
• Build relationships with introducing brokers (IBs) and affiliates.
• Convert leads into active trading clients.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Conduct market research to spot opportunities and support growth strategies.
