Job summary
LBX is seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in forex or crypto to drive partnerships and grow our network in the international trading space. You will acquire and onboard Introducing Broker partners, manage relationships, and promote Libertex products and cooperation terms while preparing monthly partner performance reports.
Applicants should have at least 1 year in a Business Development role within brokerage or crypto, strong English, excellent communication and writing
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a Business Development role within brokerage, crypto, or neobanks.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new Introducing Broker (IB) partners.
- On-board new IB partners.
- Manage relationships with partners to build loyalty.
- Present Libertex products, services and terms to partners.
- Advise partners staff on sales and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with team to meet KPIs.
- Prepare monthly partner performance reports.
- Conduct ongoing due diligence.
- Problem-solve with a positive, can-do attitude.
