Zusammenfassung

DHL Global Forwarding in Bogotá is seeking an Expert SLS AFR to support quotes creation, submission for AFR products, and validation of performance reports based on quote status and operational data.

You will review customer information for clarity, enter rate requests, and generate weekly and monthly AFR performance reports, driving improvements and efficiencies in the AFR process.

Qualifikationen

• Professionals/students in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar occupations.
• At least 1 years in Logistics process.
• Excellent MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and with autonomy.

Aufgaben

• Receive quote requests and ensure information is complete to start the process.
• Clarify missing details with the customer via email.
• Follow up quote status and deliver quotes within 2 hours of initial request.
• Receive rate requests via email and input data into the system.
• Generate Weekly AFR performance reports based on KPI analysis and Hit Rate.

Support with quotes creation and submission for AFR product and validation of performance reports based on the status of the quotes and related to the operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive quote request
• Review that all information provided by customer is clear and complete to start the process, otherwise contact via email in order to get clarification of the case.
• Follow up the quote status until get a customer decision. Target to provide quote to customer within next 2 hours of initial request.
• Receive new rate request on email and review the request then enter the correspondent information to the system upon receipt.
• Generate a Weekly Performance report for AFR based on KPI analysis and Hit Rate defined. This report also covers business performance.
• Generate a Monthly Status and Performance report for AFR based on quotes status, project highlights and priorities along with Monthly Hit Rate analysis.
• Find improvements and efficiencies and discuss open topics and issues.

• Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
