You will ensure shipment details are processed accurately, appointments are scheduled on time, and active loads are closely monitored to protect service levels and gross margins. Formación

• 3PL logistics operations experience, US freight market preferred.
• Hands-on with modern TMS and tracking platforms; Salesforce is a plus.
• Proven ability to build accurate loads and maintain clean data entry.
• Excellent written and spoken English for daily US facility communication.

Responsabilidades

• Build and verify loads in the system with complete shipment details.

We are hiring an Operations Specialist to manage load building, appointment setting, and end-to-end track & trace from pickup through delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring shipment details are processed accurately, facilities are scheduled on time, and active loads are closely monitored to protect service levels and gross margins. This is a detail-critical, execution-focused position for professionals who operate with high urgency, maintain precise system documentation, and resolve issues before they escape.

Key Responsibilities

• Load Building & Data Accuracy: Build and verify loads accurately in the system. Ensure all shipment details, weights, commodity specs, accessorials, and rate confirmations are fully verified before dispatch.
• Facility Appointment Scheduling: Confirm and document pickup and delivery appointments promptly with shippers and receivers. Manage reference numbers, resolve scheduling conflicts, and update system records to prevent delays.
• Active Track & Trace: Monitor shipments from dispatch through final delivery using automated tracking systems and direct phone/email carrier follow-ups. Ensure tracking compliance and clear, updated location logs.
• Proactive Problem Escalation: Identify operational bottlenecks, tracking gaps, or facility delays early. Communicate transparently with Sales Support and Carrier Reps to resolve issues before they impact transit performance.
• System & Documentation Integrity: Maintain clean, structured communication logs, audit trails, and load notes for every assigned shipment.

What You Bring

• Logistics Operations Experience: Prior experience in 3PL operations, track & trace, or load dispatching within the US freight market.
• System Savvy: Hands-on experience working with modern TMS platforms and tracking platforms. Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Extreme Attention to Detail: Proven track record of executing error-free load builds, precise appointment confirmations, and clean data entry.
• Communication & English: Advanced written and spoken English skills for seamless daily communication with US facilities, drivers, and internal teams.
