Formación

• 2+ years experience in back-office, billing, collections, or logistics operations.
• Experience in logistics or transportation preferred.
• Knowledge of AR/AP, billing, and documentation.

Track & Trace + Accounts Payable Specialist

This is one position that combines Track & Trace responsibilities with Accounts Payable functions, ideal for someone who understands both shipment visibility and financial accuracy in logistics. In this role, you’ll support both operational visibility and financial accuracy, helping ensure smooth logistics and healthy cash flow.

You will:

• Monitor shipments and review shipment documentation (PODs, invoices, DODAs)
• Prepare, review, and send accurate invoices with all supporting documents
• Track pending payments, send reminders, and issue customer statements
• Maintain and monitor collections KPIs to reduce payment delays
• Keep carrier and customer records updated and compliant
• Support onboarding processes for new customers and carriers
• Contribute to continuous process improvements across finance and operations
• 2+ years of experience in back-office, billing, collections, or logistics operations
• Experience in logistics or transportation (US market preferred)
• Knowledge of AR/AP, billing, and documentation
• Experience with QuickBooks (Trimble is a plus)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
