You will ensure shipment details are processed accurately, appointments are scheduled on time, and active loads are closely monitored to protect service levels and gross margins. This is a detail-driven, execution-focused role for professionals who thrive under urgency and maintain precise system records.

Formación

• 3PL logistics operations experience, US freight market preferred.
• Hands-on with modern TMS and tracking platforms; Salesforce is a plus.
• Proven ability to build accurate loads and maintain clean data entry.
• Excellent written and spoken English for daily US facility communication.

Responsabilidades

• Build and verify loads in the system with complete shipment details.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries, manage references and prevent delays.
• Monitor shipments end-to-end using tracking systems and carrier follow-ups.
• Identify bottlenecks early and escalate to resolve issues before delays.
• Maintain clear load notes and audit trails for all shipments.
