PERFILES Y SOLUCIONES LOGISTICAS S.A.S. is seeking a logistics professional in Barranquilla to track loads from pickup to delivery. You will acknowledge partner notifications and register all load data in the system, confirming pickups and deliveries and coordinating with carriers for ETA and location updates.

Strong skills in office software, data entry, and clear written/verbal communication are essential, as well as the ability to manage time and work under pressure in a team environment.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a track and trace position.

Responsabilidades

• Track loads from pickup through in-transit to delivered status.
• Acknowledge notifications from partners and register load information in the system.
• Confirm pickups and deliveries.
• Contact carrier to verify shipping hours and load readiness.
• Continuously update load positions.
• Call drivers or dispatchers to obtain ETAs and current location.
• Forward border/customs documents to the proper department.
• Understand logistics documents (POD, BOL).
• Respond to inbound dispatch and trip-monitor calls.
• Perform data entry of loads.
• Other duties as assigned.

At least 1 year of experience in a track and trace position.

Full availability

Responsibilities:

• Track loads from pick up – in transit – delivered status.
• Responsible for always acknowledging any notification from partners and registering all load information received from the carrier or driver in the system.
• Must confirm pick up and deliveries.
• Reaching out to the carrier to confirm shipping hours and if the load is ready.
• Continuous positioning of the loads update is required.
• Call drivers or dispatchers to request ETA and current location.
• Forward border/customs documents related to the load to the proper department.
• Comprehension of logistics documents i.e., POD, BOL.
• Response to inbound calls to dispatch and trip monitors.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Data Entry of loads.
