Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT within our IT Business Systems group. You will translate complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, collaborating with development, ERP, and TMS teams.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
- Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integration standards.
- Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and end-to-end testing.
Responsibilities
- Elicit needs and translate to epics, stories, and technical specs for dev teams.
- Map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end flow testing for complex scenarios.
- Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
