SD Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager to be Tal's right hand, running day-to-day operations and leading the team for CommunityTech Client #1. You’ll build systems, track KPIs, and own the operations, while Tal focuses on vision and partnerships.

You’ll manage events, community programs, content calendars, and AI-powered workflows, collaborating closely with Tal and the team to scale as the company grows across cities.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in operations, community, or social media roles, with at least 2 years managing people or projects.
• Hands-on with AI and automation; daily use of tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
• Strong social media knowledge: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and content calendars.
• Experience building and running a community, membership, or events program.
• Highly organized, clear communicator, and able to juggle many moving parts.
• Self-starter who brings ideas and follows through.
• Entrepreneurial experience in startup, agency, or small business is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Run operations and the team; manage day-to-day and deadlines.
• Own CommunityTech Client #1 operations and events planning.
• Plan and run in-person events, VIP dinners and online Power Hours; support NY chapter.
• Manage community channels (Skool, WhatsApp, etc.) and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with Tal on content calendar across social platforms.
• Leverage AI tools, agents, and automations for content and CRM.
• Identify and pursue growth ideas and partnerships.
