Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a highly organized Community & Events Associate to shape the day-to-day experience of a large founder community. You will own the content calendar, coordinate virtual and occasional in-person events, and help identify topics and opportunities that matter to members.

The role blends community management, content, communications, and program coordination, with a writing-heavy, execution-focused approach.

Qualifications

Excellent written English with clear, professional communication.
Strong writing and editing skills with brand voice consistency.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
Experience in community or membership-based environments is a plus.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, async setting.
Proactive, relationship-focused mindset with strong judgment.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the content and communications calendar, including email campaigns.
Write, edit, and refine member communications to maintain brand voice.
Coordinate virtual and in-person events from planning to execution and follow-up.
Engage with daily community conversations and identify opportunities for connections.
Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to improve programs and communications.
Support a fast-paced, AI-enabled workflow to speed up drafts, reporting, and research.
