Job summary

Property Leads is seeking a versatile generalist technical operator to span reliability engineering, QA automation, data integrity, and technical support. You will keep systems observable, integrations clean, and data trustworthy, using AI as a thinking partner rather than a crutch.

In this role, you’ll own incident response, automation, and dashboards, collaborating with teams to reduce toil and improve data quality across CRM, payments, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience across at least two of: SRE/DevOps, QA automation, data operations, or technical support.
• Proficiency with AWS, Terraform, Datadog, and Cypress or similar tooling.
• Experience querying and investigating data across databases, MongoDB preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and lead incident response; perform post-incident fixes.
• Build and maintain automation, alerting, and observability tooling.
• Own data integrity across core tools—CRM, customer portal, product analytics.
• Build dashboards and reporting for self-serve answers for non-technical teammates.
• Use AI tools daily to move faster, but verify and override when needed.
• Own technical partner setups for onboarding affiliates and internal sources.
• Assist in data cleansing and data processes for marketing channels.

Role

We need a generalist technical operator. Someone who can move fluidly between reliability engineering, QA, data integrity, and technical support without waiting to be told which hat to wear. You'll be the person who keeps our systems observable, our integrations clean, and our data trustworthy, while using AI tools as a thinking partner rather than a crutch. This isn't a narrow, single-lane role: if it's technical and it's broken, slow, or unclear, it's probably yours to fix.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and lead incident response. Catch issues before they become fires, and run clean, fast post-incident fixes when they don't
• Build and maintain automation, alerting, and observability tooling to reduce manual toil across the team
• Own data integrity across core tools - CRM, customer portal, product analytics - investigating and resolving discrepancies before they compound
• Build dashboards and reporting that let non-technical teammates self-serve answers instead of pinging engineering
• Use AI tools daily to move faster, but verify, question, and override them when they're wrong; you own the outcome, not the model
• Own technical partner set-ups for onboarding affiliates and internal sources
• Assist in data cleansing, data processes and tasks for various marketing channels

Requirements

• Hands-on experience across at least two of: SRE/DevOps, QA automation, data operations, or technical support
• Working proficiency with AWS, Terraform, Datadog (or comparable monitoring stack), and Cypress or another test automation framework
• Experience querying and investigating data across different types of databases (MongoDB preferred)
• Experience keeping data clean and synced across CRM, payments, and support tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication, proficient in English. You are able to explain a technical problem to a non-technical stakeholder in plain language, fast
• Fluent, thoughtful use of AI tools: you use them to think faster and check your own work, not to skip thinking
• A bias toward action over process. You are comfortable owning ambiguous problems with minimal oversight

• Fewer recurring incidents, because you've automated away the manual checks that used to catch them late
• A visible drop in "why is the data wrong" tickets, because you've found and fixed the root causes
• Dashboards and tools that let other teams answer their own questions without opening a ticket
