Job summary

SellCord is seeking a Marketplace Account Manager to own the day-to-day marketplace operations for assigned accounts in Bogota. You will manage product setup, variations, and compliance while optimizing large catalogs and product feeds.

You will troubleshoot sync issues across OMS and integrations, maintain data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in marketplace or ecommerce operations
• Strong product setup and catalog management
• Experience with marketplaces, OMS, or integration platforms
• Knowledge of product feeds, UPCs, GTINs, and mapping
• Experience managing large catalogs (200+ SKUs)
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills (lookups, bulk updates, error analysis)
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
• Able to work independently with multiple accounts
• Fluent written and verbal English

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day marketplace operations for assigned accounts.
• Manage product setup, item creation, variations, attributes, and compliance.
• Maintain and optimize product content across large catalogs.
• Manage product feeds and mapping using UPCs/GTINs.
• Troubleshoot product, inventory, order, and data sync issues.
• Collaborate with OMS, partner portals, and integration tools.
• Handle bulk updates and catalog maintenance using Excel/templates.
• Review and resolve marketplace errors and data-quality issues.
• Support review syndication and UGC processes.
• Investigate root causes of recurring issues for long-term fixes.
• Document marketplace processes and workflows clearly.
• Communicate roadblocks and account issues to internal teams.
• Ensure critical marketplace issues are addressed quickly.
• Support onboarding and successful launches of new brands.
