Job summary

Lab Alley in Colombia is seeking an energetic E‑commerce Channel Specialist to expand our multi‑channel footprint—across Amazon, eBay, and B2B platforms—while aligning product positioning and content. You’ll coordinate with Marketing and Operations to onboard and scale lines, ensure compliance, and improve marketplace visibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations, listing optimization, or channel support.
• Experience within industrial, chemical, pharmaceutical, or technical product sectors is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
• Strong commercial sense with knowledge of pricing and margins.
• Familiarity with marketplace algorithms and digital advertising tactics.
• Proven data literacy to interpret sales metrics and forecast demand.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategy across online marketplaces and third‑party channels.
• Create and optimize product listings, content, and imagery for visibility.
• Coordinate with marketplace reps, partners, and distributors.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain for inventory and compliance.
• Track performance metrics and forecast demand to drive revenue.
• Set up and manage targeted ad campaigns while respecting MAP policies.
