Lab Alley seeks a high-energy Channel Manager to drive multi-channel growth across Amazon, eBay, and direct B2B channels. You will oversee strategy, optimize listings, pricing, and content, and strengthen partnerships with marketplace reps and distributors.

You will collaborate with logistics teams to ensure inventory, HazMat compliance, and timely fulfillment while tracking KPIs and forecasting demand to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in channel management, e-commerce marketplace leadership, or B2B sales management in industrial/technical sectors.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with major marketplace portals and feed management tools; strong ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Set channel strategy across online marketplaces and distribution channels to meet revenue targets.
• Optimize listings, pricing, and content to maximize visibility and conversions.
• Manage relationships with marketplace reps, partners, and distributors.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure inventory, HazMat compliance, and order fulfillment.
• Track performance metrics and forecast demand to drive revenue growth.
• Design and execute channel promotions and compliant MAP policies.
