Owner.com is a remote-first company seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to manage a 120+ customer portfolio across lifecycle stages. You will engage with at-risk customers to maximize adoption, deliver value, and mitigate churn.

You will influence product feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape offerings. We value proactive, data-driven individuals with strong communication skills, capable of handling high-volume calls, and fluent in English.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
• Experience with CS tools and platforms (Salesforce, Salesloft, TalkDesk, Gong, Loom, Metabase).
• Familiarity with B2B2C environments, ideally in food/hospitality or tech space.
• Excellent English communication and ability to manage a large portfolio.

• Deliver a world-class customer experience in collaboration with Launch and Support teams.
• Help customers improve ROI through strategic, personalized advice and solutions.
• Drive customer retention by reducing churn and increasing satisfaction.
• Refine health metrics and scale success across the customer base.
