Lean Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Logistics Team Lead to oversee daily transportation operations and coordinate the work of a logistics team in Bogotá, Colombia. You will drive efficiency, ensure adherence to processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

With 1–2 years in a leadership role within logistics or transportation, you will guide team activities, manage priorities, and collaborate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to deliver reliable, on-time service

Formación

• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations.
• Ability to coordinate or lead teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and TMS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• English level: B2–C1.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support daily logistics and transportation operations.

• Maintain accurate operational information and records in internal systems.
• Assist with escalations and provide timely solutions to transportation-related issues.
• Support the implementation of new processes, procedures, and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory position.
• Previous leadership experience within a logistics, transportation, freight, or related company.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations.
• Experience coordinating or leading teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple operational needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Familiarity with G Suite / Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and make operational decisions.
• English level: B2–C1.
