OPTIMUS is seeking a Logistics Leader to oversee and optimize logistics operations in the U.S., driving transportation management, cost control, and service levels.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 8+ years in logistics, proficiency in Excel and SAP, and advanced English (C1). Hybrid work model with up to 2 remote days weekly; additional benefits listed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related areas is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in logistics operations, including at least 3 years leading logistics processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Advanced English – C1.
