Lean Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Logistics Team Lead to oversee daily transportation operations and coordinate the work of a logistics team in Bogotá, Colombia. You will drive efficiency, ensure adherence to processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

With 1–2 years in a leadership role within logistics or transportation, you will guide team activities, manage priorities, and collaborate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to deliver reliable, on-time service

Formación

• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations.
• Ability to coordinate or lead teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and TMS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• English level: B2–C1.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support daily logistics and transportation operations.
• Coordinate team activities and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide guidance, support, and follow-up to team members.
• Monitor transportation activities and help identify and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with established processes, procedures, and service standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, drivers, and other transportation partners.
• Monitor operational performance and provide updates to management.
• Support workload distribution and prioritization based on operational needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and overall team performance.
• Maintain accurate operational information and records in internal systems.
• Assist with escalations and provide timely solutions to transportation-related issues.
• Support the implementation of new processes, procedures, and operational initiatives.
