Lean Solutions Group in Cartagena is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics operations, coordinate shipments, and ensure accurate documentation and timely issue resolution. You will work with carriers, customers, vendors, and internal teams, maintain systems, and help drive process improvements while upholding established procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Knowledge of general logistics and transportation operations.
• Experience with logistics systems, TMS, or transportation platforms is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and elevate delays, discrepancies, or other logistics-related issues.
• Support scheduling, dispatching, shipment coordination, and other operational activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely system updates and records.
• Provide timely and professional communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support process improvements and ensure compliance with established procedures.
