Responsibilities

• Act as first point of escalation and resolve escalations in real time.
• Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide coaching.
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and client POCs.
• Ensure compliance with processes, documentation standards, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
