Staffbridge is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Medellin to join a fast-growing freight-tech team. You will negotiate rates, build strong carrier relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and secure business.

Ideal candidates have experience in Carrier Sales or Track & Trace, strong negotiation and communication skills, and thrive in a high-energy environment with a team-first mindset.

Formación

• Experience in Carrier Sales, Track and Trace or similar roles.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate competitive rates for spot market and contracts.
• Build long-term partnerships with carriers to ensure freight movement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and respond to customer needs.
• Monitor market trends and adjust carrier rates to stay competitive.
• Track shipments and monitor movement to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.

About the Role

At Staffbridge, we’re looking for a motivated and resourceful Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-growing freight-tech team. If you’re great at negotiating, love building strong relationships with carriers, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, we want you on board.

What You’ll Do:

• Negotiate & sell: Drive business by negotiating competitive rates for spot market and contracts, and sell loads to carriers.

• Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with carriers to ensure successful freight movement.

• Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, quickly respond to customer needs, and secure business.

• Monitor & adjust: Track market trends and adjust carrier rates to stay competitive.

• Track & trace: Monitor shipments and track the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.

What You Bring:

• Experience in Carrier Sales, Track and Trace or similar roles.

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well with a team.
