StaffBridge Inc in Medellín is seeking a proactive Track & Trace Specialist to join our international logistics team. You will monitor shipments, communicate with customers and carriers, and maintain accurate data across multiple systems.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, timely updates, and collaboration with dispatch and operations to ensure smooth freight movement.

This is a full-time position with room for professional growth within a global company.

Formación

• 3+ years of Track & Trace, dispatch, or freight visibility experience.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and cross-border freight operations.
• Proficiency with TMS platforms and carrier communications.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to solve problems.

Responsabilidades

Contract Type: Indefinite (42 hours a week)

Schedule: 5 days a week including Saturday & Sunday.
