RAM BPO in Medellín, Colombia seeks a Senior Freight Pricing Specialist to manage high-value freight quotations across Air, Ocean and Inland transport. You’ll serve as SME, drive pricing accuracy, coach junior staff, and partner with commercial, operations and other teams to win competitive business.

On-site role with a focus on analysis, market rate benchmarking, and continuous process improvements to support strategic pricing decisions.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Pricing.
• Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Inland Transportation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).

About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Freight Pricing Specialist to join our growing team in Medellín. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing complex and high-value freight quotations while ensuring competitive, accurate pricing across multiple transportation modes.

You'll also serve as a subject matter expert (SME), supporting escalations, coaching junior team members, and collaborating with multiple departments to continuously improve pricing strategies and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do
