Core Logistics is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative in Medellin, Colombia to develop and maintain carrier relationships, secure capacity for loads, and achieve margin targets while ensuring service quality.

This full-time in-office role requires 2 years in logistics or carrier sales, strong knowledge of the U.S. transportation market, negotiation skills, and proficiency with a Transportation Management System (TMS).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years in logistics, freight brokerage, or carrier sales.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. transportation market (FTL / LTL).
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Intermediate to advanced English for carrier communication.

Responsabilidades

• Source, negotiate, and secure carriers to cover minimum 10 loads daily, with a positive margin of at least 22%.
• Be accountable for your loads; you own the load you book.
• Create and maintain relationships with carriers and drivers.

Role Summary

The Carrier Sales Representative is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining relationships with carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective coverage of assigned loads. The role focuses on selling freight at competitive rates while meeting margin targets and ensuring operational compliance and service quality.
