Lean Solutions Group is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to monitor shipments and ensure real-time visibility throughout the transportation process. You will track loads, maintain up-to-date shipment information, and communicate with carriers and drivers to keep operations on track.

The role requires 12+ months in logistics, strong English (B2+), and solid MS Office skills. You will collaborate with dispatchers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and timely POD

Formación

• 12+ months of experience in logistics, transportation, or related operations.
• English level: B2+ (written and verbal).
• Experience communicating with carriers and drivers to monitor shipment status.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and track shipments through phone, email, and transportation management systems.
• Keep load statuses, arrival and departure times, and location updates accurate and up to date.
• Communicate with carriers and drivers to confirm pickup and delivery appointments.
• Request and document ETA updates, shipment progress, and location information.
• Maintain detailed notes and shipment records within internal systems.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, planners, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Forward Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and other shipment documentation to the appropriate departments.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate shipment delays, discrepancies, or operational issues.
• Retrieve and validate documentation when inconsistencies or missing information are identified.
• Ensure all assigned loads are actively monitored until successful delivery.

This role is responsible for tracking loads, maintaining up-to-date shipment information, communicating with carriers and drivers, and proactively identifying and escalating any issues that may impact delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities
