• Build new loads and update appropriate spreadsheets.

As a Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for monitoring shipments and ensuring on-time delivery, while keeping all stakeholders informed and supporting the operations team in maintaining service excellence.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

• Track loads through tracking applications and confirm details by phone with drivers/dispatchers when necessary.
• Update customers via email and/or through the customer portal.
• Update the TMS and create Event Logs as needed (e.g., marking loads as picked up or delivered).
• Set appointments.
• Check for and follow up on any missing appointments, especially when loading or delivery appointments are needed.
• Build new loads and update the appropriate spreadsheets, if necessary.

• Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm
• Location: On-site Medellin + one tuesday from home after 2 month trial period
