Talento is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the main contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, and warehouse activity. You will monitor shipments, coordinate with warehouse teams, and ensure accurate processing and updates across systems.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and internal platforms, assist with inventory questions, and help resolve issues with a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, inventory, and warehouse activity.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and provide timely status updates.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure orders are received, processed, picked, staged, and shipped accurately.
• Enter and maintain customer orders and shipment information in warehouse and transportation systems.
• Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments with customers and carriers.
• Track shipments and proactively communicate delays, exceptions, or operational issues.
• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, and internal communication platforms.
• Assist with inventory inquiries, order discrepancies, damaged freight, and missing product.
• Review shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate notes and records for customer accounts and operational activities.
• Work closely with warehouse supervisors, transportation teams, and customer service representatives to resolve issues quickly.
• Assist with daily reporting and other administrative or operational tasks as needed.
