PERFILES Y SOLUCIONES LOGISTICAS S.A.S. in Cartagena, Colombia, is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to support daily transportation operations from pickup to delivery.

You will track shipments, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and maintain accurate records in the TMS while ensuring timely communication. The role requires at least 6 months in logistics, strong English (B2+), and familiarity with freight workflows.

Formación

• 6+ months of experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or related operations.
• English level: B2+ (written and verbal).
• Experience tracking shipments and coordinating pickups/deliveries.
• Familiarity with TMS and logistics workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and track shipments, providing accurate status updates throughout the transportation process.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments while maintaining updated information in internal systems.
• Track ETAs and communicate shipment events or delays to customers and internal teams.
• Forward Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and other shipment documentation to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively escalate operational issues when necessary.
• Respond to customer and carrier inquiries via email and other communication channels.
• Upload and maintain supporting documentation within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Support Sales and Operations teams with daily logistics activities and administrative tasks.
• Ensure shipment records are accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner.

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of transportation operations. This role is responsible for tracking shipments, coordinating with customers and internal teams, maintaining accurate shipment information, and ensuring timely communication throughout the freight lifecycle from pickup to delivery.
