MySavant.ai is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of goods from overseas suppliers through final delivery. You will coordinate purchase orders, cargo readiness, ocean freight bookings, container deliveries, and NetSuite records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across time zones.

You will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, drayage providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and optimize shipments.

Formación

• 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or operations.
• 1 year of experience with NetSuite or similar ERP
• Experience with TMS, ERP, or other operational systems.

Responsabilidades

• Send purchase orders to suppliers and obtain written confirmation of receipt.
• Track outstanding purchase order acknowledgments and follow up until order is confirmed.
• Identify and elevate discrepancies in pricing, quantities, or product specifications and reflect changes in NetSuite PO
• Generate and maintain container booking lists based on supplier cargo ready dates, carton counts, cubic measurements, and weights.
• Determine appropriate container sizes and opportunities to consolidate POs into full containers.
• Use NetSuite saved searches and reports to keep booking lists current.
• Enter supplier bills into NetSuite accurately and on time, linking each bill to the PO.

Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of goods from overseas suppliers through final delivery. This role serves as a connecting point between suppliers, freight forwarders, drayage providers, and internal teams, coordinating purchase orders, cargo readiness, ocean freight bookings, container deliveries, and accurate NetSuite records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple shipments simultaneously, and able to communicate clearly with partners across time zones.

Responsabilities

• Send purchase orders to suppliers and obtain written confirmation of receipt, including acceptance of item numbers, quantities, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Track outstanding purchase order acknowledgments and follow up with suppliers until each order is confirmed.
• Identify and elevate discrepancies in pricing, quantities, or product specifications, and ensure NetSuite purchase orders reflect agreed-upon changes.
• Generate and maintain container booking lists based on supplier cargo ready dates, carton counts, cubic measurements, and weights.
• Work with supplier details to determine appropriate container sizes and identify opportunities to consolidate purchase orders into full containers.
• Use NetSuite saved searches and reports, along with spreadsheets as needed, to keep booking lists current.
• Enter supplier bills into NetSuite accurately and on time, linking each bill to the corresponding purchase order.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or operations.
• 1 year of experience with NetSuite
• Experience working with TMS, ERP, or other operational systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience supporting U.S.-based logistics operations.
• Experience in billing processes, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), or cash application.
