Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO AutoChem Inc. in Colombia is seeking an Inside Sales professional to develop leads, run campaigns, and support Account Managers. You will manage CRM activities, build rapport with prospects by phone, video, and email, and provide technical information on AutoChem products.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset to help grow our service offerings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences/Engineering/ Chemistry/Business or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in sales or marketing with direct customer contact.
• Consultative selling knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent organization, time and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills for high-value tech products.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and familiarity with online tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads by researching new contacts and service history.
• Execute Inside Sales campaigns and provide visibility for leads to Account Managers.
• Support Account Managers with service campaign initiatives, including quotes.
• Track activities in CRM and manage campaign programs.
• Build rapport with prospects via phone, online meetings, and email.
• Provide basic technical information on AutoChem service product offerings.
