Job summary

Vantage seeks an Inside Sales representative located in Colombia to develop new leads, grow and defend accounts across North America. You will perform high volumes of outbound calls, identify customer value, and work with LATAM and North American teams to expand markets.

The ideal candidate will have a chemistry-related degree, 0–2 years in sales, and strong English and Spanish communication. CRM proficiency (Dynamics) is preferred, with hybrid working conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years of professional work experience in sales or related position.
• Excellent verbal and written professional communication in English and Spanish; experience with North American customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day transactional sales for a portfolio of accounts to drive growth.
• Make ~20 outbound calls daily to North American accounts to generate opportunities.
• Capture interactions and insights in Dynamics CRM promptly; present activity and results weekly.
