Formulated Automation in Medellín is seeking a highly organized Sales Administrator to support its IT infrastructure solutions sales team from Medellín. You will manage quotes, orders, contracts, and customer follow-ups, coordinating with Account Managers, vendors, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The role requires 1–3+ years in sales administration, CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce), strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in sales administration or related roles.
• CRM experience with HubSpot or Salesforce and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist Account Managers with quotes, orders, proposals, contracts, invoices and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and organized sales documentation.
• Track open quotes and support timely deal conversion.
• Support pricing updates, margin tracking and sales reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, logistics, and internal teams.
• Ensure clear communication on order status and post-sales inquiries.
