Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
- CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams (AGILE)
- Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS
- Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases
- Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture
