Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations with development teams to translate complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active WMS capabilities.

You will own the backlog, drive API integrations, and lead end-to-end testing for robust supply-chain execution. A strong background in WMS config, SQL, and Agile delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities and architecture.
