Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active platforms.

Responsibilities include owning backlog and requirements, leading technical integration across REST/SOAP APIs and ERP/TMS interfaces, and driving end-to-end flow testing to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• Experience with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong SQL querying and system integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics and user stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: map APIs and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan WMS capabilities and configurations.
