Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active platforms.

You will elicit operational needs, manage backlogs, and ensure robust integration with ERP/TMS, while driving comprehensive tests and delivering reliable enterprise software.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL, integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to perform end-to-end testing and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, specifications.
• Lead technical integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive end-to-end flow testing and validate edge cases before UAT.
• Provide system expertise on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
