Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and development by turning complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, focusing on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities.

You will collaborate across teams, prioritize the backlog, and ensure robust integration with ERP/TMS systems while upholding agile delivery practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT required.
10+ years IT enterprise application experience with focus on WMS platforms.
6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.

Responsibilities

Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs.
Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing.
Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
