Formación

• 1+ years of experience with Payroll processes.
• Practical payroll processing or payroll administration experience with understanding of inputs, outputs, deadlines, and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills: extract, clean, compare, validate, and format data from multiple sources.
• High accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail with high-volume data.
• Ability to learn new payroll/HR systems quickly and follow structured processes and controls.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities within fixed deadlines.
• Clear written and spoken English for international collaboration.
• Experience in a multinational/shared services or multi-entity environment.
• Experience using ADP Celergo, HiBob or similar payroll platforms.
• Experience working with outsourced payroll providers or preparing payroll input files.
• Exposure to payroll-to-finance reconciliations, journals, funding reports, or payroll implementations.
• Qualified in payroll, accounting, finance, business or HR-related field.

Responsabilidades

• Support payroll across assigned countries, entities, and cycles.
• Collect payroll inputs from HiBob and business teams, including new hires, leavers, salary changes, variable payments, benefits, deductions, leave, and other changes.
• Extract, clean, validate, and format data for ADP Celergo and other providers.
• Upload inputs and perform pre-processing checks before cut-off dates.
• Review outputs against source data, prior periods, and control totals; investigate discrepancies and escalate material issues.
• Support off-cycle payments, corrections, and retroactive adjustments under the Global Payroll Manager.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, checklists, trackers and documentation.
• Reconcile payroll inputs and outputs; prepare audit-support reports for review by Finance.
• Monitor data quality between HR, payroll, and finance systems; address missing or inconsistent info.
• Use Excel to organize large data sets with lookups, pivots, and data validation.
• Handle payroll data securely in compliance with privacy requirements.
• Work with HR, Finance, managers and external providers to obtain complete payroll information on time.
• Respond to routine payroll queries; escalate complex matters to the Global Payroll Manager.
• Track outstanding actions with providers and internal teams; support timely resolution of issues.
• Build relationships across countries, cultures, and time zones.
• Learn and use HiBob, ADP Celergo and other payroll platforms; follow documented processes and controls.
• Suggest improvements to data collection, templates, controls, and workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Support system testing, payroll migrations, and process changes as required.
