Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking an organized Operations Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects across LATAM markets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and risks, and drive continuous improvement in operations.

The role requires PMP, strong English and Spanish, and a proven track record delivering complex programs in fast-paced environments; Portuguese is a plus. You will influence stakeholders, implement change, and deliver projects that translate to measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills; Portuguese is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience delivering complex initiatives.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Experience managing projects across multiple countries with multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of PMI, Agile, Scrum, and PDCA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, governance structures, and communication plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional and multicultural teams across LATAM markets.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on priorities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues proactively.
• Monitor project performance and communicate progress to senior leadership.
• Drive change management initiatives to support adoption of new processes and tools.
• Manage project documentation, status reporting, lessons learned, and continuous improvement.
• Support operational excellence through process optimization and best practices.
