Equinix, the world’s digital infrastructure company, is seeking a Billing, Credit & Collections Manager for Latin America. The role leads end-to-end billing and collections functions, guiding 10+ team members and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Tax, and Legal to optimize cash flow and risk management.

The ideal candidate drives process improvements, adopts automation, and ensures regulatory compliance across LATAM markets while aligning with enterprise goals and SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Fluent English – Mandatory.
• Solid experience in Billing, Credit, Collections, or Financial Operations.
• Experience leading large teams (10+ reports) in complex, high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian taxation and fiscal/regulatory requirements across LATAM.
• Experience in billing, credit, collections, or related financial operations roles.
• Proven ability to lead multiple functions within a shared operational model.
• Experience in process transformation, automation, or system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Billing, Credit & Collections for Latin American countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Ensure billing processes comply with LATAM tax legislation and statutory requirements.
• Manage and develop cross-functional teams with 10+ direct/indirect reports.
• Lead teams responsible for invoice generation, dispute management, credit risk assessment, collections strategy.
• Apply critical-thinking to balance risk and commercial outcomes and recommend solutions.
• Drive adoption of new processes, systems, automation, and reporting capabilities.
