Job summary

HarbourVest Partners (Singapore) is seeking an IR Analyst for our LATAM team based in Bogota. The role supports fundraising and client activity through data-driven analysis, market research, and coordination of materials.

You will work closely with Marketing, Proposal Management, Client Support, and Commercial Operations to advance regional fundraising efforts and investor relations initiatives in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with interest in private and capital markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting and analysis from internal data sources to support fundraising activity and planning.
• Analyze fundraising efforts and assist in internal presentations and regional tracking materials.
• Conduct market research and investor trend analysis to support prospecting and prioritization.
• Coordinate inputs for investor presentations and due diligence materials under supervision.
• Maintain trackers for investor queries and fundraising opportunities; support IR huddles and regional updates.
