Job summary

HarbourVest Partners (U.K.) Limited is seeking a proactive Investor Relations professional to support the LATAM IR team in Bogota. The role collaborates with product specialists, consultants, client service, marketing and compliance to deliver HarbourVest solutions to institutional investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Postgraduate studies or professional certifications in finance are a plus.
• Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
• Experience 3-5 years in finance, Investor Relations, investment management, or private equity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client efforts and develop account plans for existing clients and prospective investors to deliver HarbourVest investment capabilities.
• Analyze target institutions and investor trends using internal and external data.
• Research high-value client opportunities and build focused travel agendas for account managers.
• Prepare periodic strategy updates and briefing materials for investor engagements.
• Coordinate and create presentation materials for investor meetings and due diligence sessions.
• Maintain Salesforce records and support IR data integrity for day-to-day activities.
