This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.
This opportunity is to become part of our LATAM IR team, based in our Bogota Office.
The principal function of this role is to provide analytical, reporting and execution support to the LATAM Investor Relations team. The IR Analyst will help the team prepare for fundraising and client activity by maintaining high-quality data, producing recurring and ad hoc analysis, coordinating materials and internal workflows, and supporting market and investor research. The role is built as an internally oriented support position, functioning through mentorship provided by Associates and Account Managers. It is not responsible for client relationships, account plans, onboarding or transfers, distributor relationships, regulatory analysis, RFP delivery, or end-to-end client requests, which belong to more senior members of the IR team.
The role works closely with Investor Relations colleagues and internal teams. These include Marketing, Proposal Management, Client Support, Commercial Operations, and other firm-wide functions. The goal is to support fundraising and client-service activities. HarbourVest's clients are primarily institutions including public and private pensions, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, sovereign wealth funds, and family offices.
