HarbourVest Partners (U.K.) Limited in Bogota, Colombia, is seeking an Associate to support the Latin America Investor Relations team and manage institutional investor relationships. The role collaborates with product specialists, consultants, and compliance to deliver HarbourVest capabilities to clients.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in finance or investor relations, is highly organized, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment. A Hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in finance or investor relations preferred.
• Experience with RFPs and communications to institutional investors is ideal.
• Comfortable in a financial environment, discussing fund performance.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Client Efforts and assist IR team in developing account plans for existing clients and prospective investors.
• Leverage internal and external data to analyze target institutions and investor trends; conduct market research.
• Produce and develop periodic strategy updates for broad distribution and build briefing materials for meetings.
• Coordinate and create presentation materials for investor engagements and develop meeting agendas.
• Track results and capture feedback on sales opportunities; manage onboarding and transfer activities.
• Maintain and update data in Salesforce to ensure accurate pipeline, institution, and contact information.
