HarbourVest Partners seeks a motivated professional to join the Investor Relations team in Bogota, supporting institutional investors across Latin America. You will collaborate with product specialists, consultants, and sales to deliver HarbourVest solutions, while maintaining client records and coordinating fundraising activities.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in finance, experience with investor relations or private equity, and strong communication.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in finance.
• Experience with investor relations, investment management or private equity preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with fund performance concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate client efforts and develop account plans for existing clients and prospects.
• Analyze target institutions and investor trends; conduct market research to identify prospects.
• Prepare materials for investor engagements and meetings.
• Maintain and update Salesforce with pipeline and contact data.
• Support onboarding and relationship management with internal teams.
