HarbourVest is seeking an Associate for Investor Relations in the Bogotá office. The role supports the Latin American IR team, coordinating investor engagement, client onboarding, and cross‑functional collaboration with product specialists, consultants, marketing, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and possess broad capital markets knowledge with a foundation in private markets.

Formación

• Experience with RFPs and communications to institutional investors (ideal)
• Strong interest in private markets and capital markets knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate investor relations activities and strategy for Latin America
• Maintain Salesforce data and ensure accurate pipeline and contacts
• Prepare and deliver investor materials and meetings with institutional clients
• Support onboarding, responses to information requests, and compliance reviews
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to enhance IR processes
