Amazon Web Services Colombia S.A.S. - E40 is seeking a Senior Business Development leader for Amazon Connect in LATAM to drive top-line revenue growth and market adoption across the region.
The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to scale the Connect business through partner ecosystems, field sales enablement, and customer engagement. You will develop GTM strategies with vertical sales, build strategic partnerships with SI/ISV/tech partners, enable field teams, and cultivate
Formación
- 7+ years in Go-To-Market, BD, Sales or consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Fluent business English (spoken and written).
- 7+ years with Core Cloud Technology Services.
- 7+ years with Business Application Technologies, CCaaS and CX.
Responsabilidades
- Drive revenue growth and adoption of Amazon Connect in LATAM.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with sales, solution architects, and partners.
- Build and manage partnerships with SI, ISV, and tech partners.
- Enable field teams and partners with training and sales plays.
- Engage C-level and line-of-business leaders.
- Collaborate with Global Sales and regional teams to close opportunities.
- Create scalable pipeline generation and revenue tracking.
- Lead customer engagements focused on contact center transformation and AI-powered CX.
