Formación

• 2+ years of consulting experience with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with generative AI concepts in contact centers.
• Active AWS certifications or ability to achieve them.

Responsabilidades

• Define technical designs for client objectives.
• Build and configure Amazon Connect components.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployments.
