Job summary

Amazon Web Services Colombia S.A.S. is seeking a Senior Business Development for Amazon Connect in LATAM. You will drive revenue growth, scale the Connect business, and collaborate with partners, field sales, and customers across multiple LATAM markets to accelerate adoption.

You will lead go-to-market initiatives, enable sales teams, and build executive-level relationships while coordinating with Global Sales and regional teams to optimize opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written.
• 7+ years with Core Cloud Technology Services.
• 7+ years with Business Application Technologies, ideally in Contact Center as a Service.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and customer adoption of Amazon Connect across LATAM markets.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with vertical sales teams and partners.
• Build and manage partnerships with system integrators, ISVs, and technology partners.
• Enable field sales teams and partners through training and sales plays.
• Establish business and technical relationships with C-level executives.
• Collaborate with Global Sales and regional teams to close opportunities.
• Create scalable mechanisms for pipeline generation and revenue tracking.
• Lead customer engagements focused on contact center transformation and AI-powered CX.
